It lacks two things: A level creator and a better learning curve.
However, it's still one of the best flash puzzle games I've played recently :)

I don't know if you really wanted to create a good game, but this game is at least funny.
I would recommend a background (maybe an ASCII city in gray tones), or maybe a white ROFLCOPTER with a black background.
It also need many gameplay elements, such as powerups and attacks.
I will give you a 7/10 for now, since this is your first flash game.
